About Me

I'm a user advocate,
researching user needs
to design useful, usable and delightful experiences.
From growing up in Japan, Taiwan and China, I became fascinated with people. While working, I noticed how people were constantly adjusting to the technology around them, technology that was often broken and unpleasant. I realized I could apply my interest in people to the benefit of people and went to Carnegie Mellon University's Masters in Human Computer Interaction program. I'm excited to take the skills I've learned to research people's needs and design useful, usable and delightful products that adjust to people and not the other way around.
